We offer current transformers which are the important substation components, used mostly to find out about the state of the current running through an electrical system as well as the electrical inputs for the protective relays on a power transformer's transmission and distribution circuit. Two types of current transformers might be seen at a substation: the barrel-shaped pole current transformers and the larger, spring-shaped ground current transformers.
We bring forth Lightning arresters, also known as surge arresters, are devices intended to protect the premises of the substation from damage due to lightning strikes. Our Lightning Arresters also protect from sudden power surges emanating from the substation's own systems. Lightning arresters can either be mounted on a pole or on bus structures in the ground.
Conduits exist underground and cannot be seen when looking at a substation. However, they are almost always present. Our conduits connect different parts of an underground electronic power transmission system and can be made from a wide variety of materials, including PVC, tile, fiberglass, concrete or steel.
Current switchers protect other pieces of equipment, such as transformers, lines, cables and capacitor banks. The Current switchers that we make available can also energize and de-energize different types of circuits, including capacitors banks. They are essentially large metal coils. Like lightning arresters, our Current switchers can also be mounted up on poles or in bus structures on the ground.
Power transformers are extremely important parts of any substation. We offer them at the most discounted rates. Our Power Transformers' function is to raise or lower the voltage level as needed by either the transmission or distribution circuits. Power transformers are large, boxy, building-like structures.
The control house is one of the most important components of the substation. It is a building that houses the control apparatuses for the substation. Our Control House can include switchboard panels, batteries, battery chargers, supervisory control, power-line carrier, meters and relays. It provides shelter for all of this equipment as well as easy access.
